  1. Go to start
  2. Search for "cmd" (without quotes)
  3. Right click
  4. Run as administrator
  5. write "Net user administrator /active:yes" (without quotes)
  6. logout from your user
  7. go to administrator
  8. then UAC will never bother you again
  9. have fun!
